ISO 9001 assuring a textile of quality, for demanding customers
o ensure compliance of its products to each customer specification, TIBA has set up a rigorous control procedure at multiple levels:
- Validation of the product in relation to the required characteristics
- Self checks throughout the fabrication
- Control report supplied with each delivery
- The ISO 9001 certification covers all the stages of production of our knitted fabrics
- All our certificates OEKO TEX, REACH, Social and Environmental Responsibility, Long Term Declaration, Contingency Plan are sent once a year systematically.
Typical quality tests of knitted fabrics achieved in TIBA’s laboratory:
- Elongation at break in each direction
- Thickness
- Weight per sqm
- Shrinkage in oven
- Spray-test
- Tear strength
